ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is a Traditional Chinese Medicine practice that uses hair-thin, sterile needles placed at specific points on the body to support natural healing. By stimulating pathways known as meridians, acupuncture helps restore the flow of energy, or Qi, which is believed to influence physical, emotional, and overall well-being.
